Most emails from Moneytree have an unsubscribe button at the bottom. Unsubscription can be done via this button.
You can also change your email settings from Moneytree by following the steps below.
Log in to the web version of Moneytree.
If you have a password for your Moneytree account: Enter your email address and password to log in.
If you do not have a password for your Moneytree account or have forgotten it: Please refer to this help page to reset your password. After setting your password, please log in from the Moneytree web version.
Tap [Update Email Preferences] and use the toggle on the right to turn notifications on or off.
If you continue to receive emails after a few days, please contact Moneytree support (click here for how to inquire). We can also process the unsubscribe request for you.
