If you cannot remember your pincode, you can enter a random 4 digit pincode 5 times on the pin lock screen and you will be automatically logged out. When logging back in you will set a new pincode.

If you forgot your password, you can request a password reminder email from the login page. Make sure to enter your email address correctly, and remember to check your spam folder just in case. Follow the instructructions in the password reset email to reset your password.
