You can contact the Moneytree support by following steps below:

[for iOS]

  1. Tap the top left icon on the orange screen.

  2. Tap “Contact Us” on the settings screen.

  3. If you tap the “Send us a message” button, you can send a message. Additionally, you can see the previous conversation by tapping “See previous”.

[for Android]

  1. Tap “Moneytree Settings” from the contextual menu in the right corner on the Balances screen.

  2. Tap “Contact Us” on the settings screen.
