Q1. Why are you implementing the pricing update at this time?
A. We have kept our pricing unchanged for an extended period, but continuous investment in service quality improvements has made a pricing review necessary for sustainable operations. We have achieved significant service improvements, including:
Added connectivity with 30 new financial institutions
Enhanced security infrastructure (ISO27001 certification acquired)
Newly implemented AI-powered spending analysis features
Improved management efficiency through automatic spending categorization
Learns individual spending patterns to deliver personalized financial management
Secure AI processing provides advanced analysis while protecting user privacy
While we have maintained pricing despite significant feature expansions over the past few years, we have made this decision to continue providing better value to our users.
Q2. What is the value of the Grow Plan compared to other household budget apps?
A. The Grow Plan maintains affordable pricing compared to other services with equivalent features. In particular, we continue to offer comprehensive services with competitive cost performance at the new pricing, including unique features such as real-time updates, unlimited data storage, and Utilities Insights.
For Current Grow Plan Subscribers
Q3. I currently use the Grow Plan. When will the new pricing take effect for me?
A. The new pricing will take effect from your next renewal date:
Monthly plan subscribers: The new pricing takes effect from the date of your next monthly renewal.
Annual plan subscribers: The new pricing will take effect from the date of your next annual renewal.
For Free Plan Users
Q4. I currently use the Free Plan. Will this affect me?
A. There are no changes to the Free Plan. However, if you upgrade to the Grow Plan after the effective date (January 31, 2026), the new pricing will apply.
Cancellation and Plan Changes
Q5. How can I cancel before the pricing update if I want to?
A. Please proceed with cancellation through the app. For details, please refer to "How to cancel your paid plan."
Q6. Can I change from an annual plan to a monthly plan?
A. Plan changes can be made by subscribing to a new plan after your current subscription period ends.
Q7. Can I change from a monthly plan to an annual plan?
A. Yes, you can. You can either subscribe to an annual plan after your current monthly plan period ends, or proceed with a plan change through the app. However, please note that you will need to cancel your current subscription before switching. By switching to an annual plan, you can enjoy more cost-effective pricing compared to the monthly plan.
Q8. If I don't cancel my subscription, will I be automatically charged the new rate?
A.Yes, your subscription will automatically renew at the new rate. Please refer to the following information based on your device:
For iOS (Apple) Users: If you continue your subscription, the new pricing will automatically apply. Apple will notify you via email and in-app notifications before renewal.
For Android (Google Play) Users: Before your current subscription transitions to the new pricing, you will receive a price change notification from Google Play. If you choose to continue your subscription, the new pricing will apply on your renewal date. If you do not wish to accept the change, you can cancel before renewal to continue using the service until the end of your current billing period at the old rate.
