You are able to cancel the subscription on the platform you have subscribed to.
We kindly ask you to see the instructions of each platform.
Please do not delete your Moneytree account by mistake.
Once you accidentally delete it, all data is completely deleted.
iOS version
Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Click Moneytree > Click "Cancel Subscription"
Please refer to "If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple " and follow the guidance. If you would like a refund, please refer to "Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple ".
Android version
Please follow the steps below to cancel your subscription.
Open the Google Play Store app > tap your profile icon in the top right > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > select Moneytree > Cancel subscription
If you have any questions about refunds or cancellations, please contact the Moneytree Support Team. When contacting us, please include your Google Play order number (the number beginning with "GPA.").
Please note that we usually respond to inquiries within 3 business days. For urgent matters, we aim to respond within 24 hours. (excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays).

3. Click "Web Settings" and "Manage Subscription”
4. Click “Cancel Subscription”
All your data such as corporate banks accounts and claimed expenses is safely stored after you change to the free plan.
