You are able to cancel the subscription on the platform you have subscribed to.
We kindly ask you to see the instructions of each platform.
Please do not delete your Moneytree account by mistake.
Once you accidentally delete it, all data is completely deleted.
iOS version
Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
Please refer to "If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple " and follow the guidance. If you would like a refund, please refer to "Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple ".
Android version
Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
Please refer to "Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play " and follow the guidance. If you would like a refund, please refer to " Learn about refunds on Google Play".

Login to Moneytree Web App: https://app.getmoneytree.com/login
Click the gear mark
3. Click "Web Settings" and "Manage Subscription”
4. Click “Cancel Subscription”
All your data such as corporate banks accounts and claimed expenses is safely stored after you change to the free plan.
