Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: What is the source of the national average data?

A: We use household survey data published quarterly by the Statistics Bureau of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications.

Q: How often is the data updated?

A: We update the data twice a month (on the 1st and mid-month). If your new transaction is not reflected, please check again in a few days.

Q: In what cases my spending might not be available?

A:

・If you do not have utility transactions available in your Moneytree account.

・The feature is unable to recognize the transaction.

・The utilities transactions are not reflected in your Moneytree account.

・The utilities transactions are reflected in your Moneytree account but the transaction data has not been updated into the Utilities Insights feature. Updates for Utilities Insights are scheduled \ twice a month (on the 1st and the middle of the month).
