Thank you for your patience. Saison Card connection has resumed.

If you wish to update the data of the Saison card you have already registered, please re-authenticate the data on your current registration.

If you have multiple Saison cards, please re-authenticate them one by one using those respective login IDs and passwords.

If you have a Saison card that is displayed as "[Service Discontinued] Saison Card", you will need to register a new Saison card.

However, you will still be able to view past transactions.

Please note that past transactions can be deleted, but once deleted, past transactions will no longer be viewable.

Update: May 8, 2024

We are sorry for the long inconvenience caused by the Saison Card connection.

We plan to resume the Saison Card connection shortly after mid to late May.

Please understand that the Saison Card information currently registered will be temporarily unavailable when the connection is reestablished, but this is only temporary.

Please understand that this is temporary.
After the connection is restored, all Saison card holders will need to re-authenticate their cards.

We are currently preparing for the resumption of the connection, so please wait for a while.


Saison Card is under maintenance.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We recognize that it is a major problem for us, and we are addressing it with the highest priority.

We are currently working on the following new system and a comprehensive investigation of the entire connection.

Since we have been using the old method for connecting to Saison Card,

it is difficult for further development.

We are now considering changing the connection method.

This change is not only our problem, but also might affect our stakeholders,

so we are carefully discussing.

We are sorry that we are unable to provide a specific timeline for the fix.

However, with the introduction of the new connection method,

we expect to be able to provide more secure and stable connections.
