Why am I unable to subscribe or make in-app purchases?

There are 3 platforms where you can subscribe to Moneytree:

  1. App Store

  2. Google Play Store

  3. Moneytree Web

If you are trying to subscribe to multiple Moneytree plans such as Moneytree Work and Moneytree Grow, please make sure to use the same platform to do so.

Cross-platform subscriptions are not supported, so you will not be able to complete your payment.

In case you forgot which platform you used to make your payment, you can follow the steps below to find out:

① Click the Gear Icon, then go to “Web Settings”

②Click “Manage Subscriptions”, here you can manage your plans.
