We are sorry that you were not satisfied with Moneytree, but we are here to help. If you wish to delete your account, please follow the steps below. Once your account is canceled, your information and all of the data will be erased within 24 hours.
*Please, note that if you are subscribed to Moneytree Work paid plan, you will have to cancel your subscription separately via iTunes or GooglePlayStore.
iOS
Tap the gear icon on the Balances screen to see “Moneytree Settings”.
2.Once in Settings, scroll all the way to the bottom until you find "Delete Moneytree Account".
3.Tap “Delete Moneytree Account” and follow the instructions to complete the process.
Android
1.On “Balances Card” tap the Contextual Menu and access “Moneytree Settings”.
2.Once in Settings, scroll all the way to the bottom until you find “Delete Me”.
3.Tap “Delete Me” and follow the instructions to complete the process.
Web App
1.Log in from the link below, and access “Settings” from the icon in the top right corner. https://app.getmoneytree.com/login.
2.Once on the “Settings” page, tap "Delete Moneytree Account" from the Menu column on the left side and follow the instructions to complete the process.
