Feature Overview

Previously, Moneytree Grow's "Monthly Report" was automatically generated only once per month. This meant that some transactions, such as credit card payments with month-end closing dates, might not be reflected depending on the timing.

We've now added a "manual generation" feature that allows you to generate monthly reports whenever you need them. Whether you want to correct category tags or include delayed transaction data, you can regenerate reports as many times as needed until the next month's report is automatically generated. Use this feature to enhance your daily asset management and expense tracking.

A.

  • Open the Moneytree app (iOS)

  • Tap "Insights" from the bottom menu

  • Select "Monthly Report" and tap the latest month

  • Tap the "Regenerate" button in the upper right corner

Q2. Will monthly reports continue to be generated automatically?

A. Yes. Automatic generation will continue once per month as before. The new manual generation feature provides additional flexibility to regenerate reports as needed.

Q3. What changes when I regenerate a report?

A.When you regenerate a report, the content is updated based on the latest transaction data. This ensures that credit card payments and other transactions processed after the closing date are properly reflected.

Q4. Can I regenerate past monthly reports?

A. Manual generation is only available for the current month's report.


Q5. How many times can I regenerate a report?

A. You can regenerate reports until the next month's report is automatically generated, but only once per day. If you need to regenerate multiple times, please wait until the following day.
