Q: Can I view digests from previous years?
A: As this is a 2024-exclusive service, data from previous years is not available.
Q: If I subscribe to the Grow plan now, can I access the digest?
A: Yes! For accounts registered before January 2024, you'll see the full year's digest. For accounts created during 2024, your digest will include all 2024 data* that you can see in our app through December 31,2024. (*Please note that data availability may be limited depending on your financial institution.)
Q: Which accounts are included in the analysis?
A: Bank accounts and credit cards you have registered with Moneytree, as well as any cash transactions, are included in the data analysis.
Q: What is the data collection period?
A: Data is collected from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024. Depending on when you view your digest, some data may still be updating. Data collection will be finalized by the end of January, 2025.
Q: How often is the data updated?
A: Data updates will occur twice monthly, at the beginning and middle of each month.
Q: What should I do if the data isn't displaying correctly?
A: Please try again later, and contact us if the problem persists. See the previous question about how often the data will be updated.
Q: How can I get more detailed analysis?
A: You can enhance your analysis by:
Adding cash transactions
Adjusting category classifications
Adding other bank accounts or credit cards to your Moneytree account
Q: Can I share my digest on social media?
A:This feature does not include a share function.
