When your bank account or your credit card is closed or expired,

you are able to:

・delete the financial institutions

・archive the financial institutions

・hide the accounts

This FAQ shows how to archive the closed or expired accounts.

You can stop updating with safely stored historical data in our server.

If you have multiple accounts like the screenshot below,

the archive will be activated on all accounts.

Please kindly note that you can’t set up by each account.

iOS App

1. Tap "+" on the Balances screen

2. Tap”＞” of the financial institution which you would like to archive

3. Tap ”Archive / Delete”

4. Toggle Archive on

5. Enter the pincode and tap “OK”

When you would like to turn on, please toggle Archive off and enter the ID and Password.
