We would like to inform you of the following regarding the connection to d-card (or d-points), which is currently under long-term maintenance.

We have been negotiating with NTT DOCOMO since last year regarding the connection to d-card (or d-points), but unfortunately, we are unable to fix the problem because it violates the prohibition on scraping connection in "Article 8 Prohibited Items" in the d-Account Terms of Service.

We will continue to persistently negotiate to see if we can switch to another connection method from our side.

We would appreciate your understanding in this matter.

If you wish to set your card balance to 0 yen, please contact support team directly.

We also ask that you please set your currently registered d-card (or d-points) to archive once.

<Procedures for archiving>

<iOS / Android app Version>

1) iOS :Tap the square icon in the upper right corner of the orange screen.

Android :Tap the icon in the upper right corner of the screen and tap the setting of

linked services.

2) Tap d-card (or d-points)

3) On the d-card (or d-points) settings screen, tap Archive/Delete Data.

4) Turn on archiving. (See screen below)

「データのアーカイブ/削除」をタップ >

<Web Version>

If you are using the web version and would like to set up archiving, please contact our support team as you cannot set up archiving from the web version.

We will be happy to set up the archiving of your d-card (or d-points) here.

Again, we are sorry for the disappointing outcome.

We have been negotiating for a long time, but this time, the result was very disappointing.
We will continue to negotiate with them to see if it is possible to switch to another connection method from our side.

We would like to ask for your understanding in this matter, and we thank you again for your considerations in advance.
