"お手数ですが、楽天e-NAVIで本人認証サービスへの再登録(ワンタイムパスワードでの認証)をお願いいたします。"
You can set up for the authentication service (3D Secure) on Rakuten e-NAVI.

Once the authentication service (3D secure) setup is done, please follow these steps below to update Rakuten Card on Moneytree app.
iOS: Tap "+" on Balances Screen
Android: Tap upper right icon and "Connection Settings" on the Balances screen
Tap ">" of Rakuten Card
Tap "Update Login Information" and enter your ID and password
Please note that you need to register all credit cards to the authentication service (3D secure).
If you have old credit cards and you are unable to register them, would you please remove them from Rakuten e-NAVI?
