If your email address has not been confirmed, you may not receive updates from Moneytree, such as notification emails and password reset emails.
The process for confirming your email address differs slightly depending on the device you’re using, so please see the details for your device below.
When you receive the following email, please tap/click the “Confirm Email Address” button to complete the email confirmation.
If your email address has not been confirmed, a green banner will appear at the top of the Settings screen, as shown below. If the email address displayed is yours, please tap the green banner. If the email address is not yours, or is incorrect, please tap “Change Email Address” to set a new address.
You will be sent an email to confirm your email address.
For Android and Web
Please login to Moneytree Web here:
After logging in, click on the Settings icon in the top right, and then select “My Account Settings”.
The Moneytree Settings screen will be displayed. Select “Update Email Address” from the menu on the left, and confirm that the email address displayed on the right is yours, and is correct.
To confirm your email address, click on the “Resend” button, and you will be sent an email to confirm your address.
