Moneytree’s customisable notifications inform you of large transactions, low balances, upcoming credit card bills, and expiring loyalty points & miles. Notifications can be set as alerts in the app, system push alerts, and email.
You can disable them or restrict them to push notifications only. Refer to the steps below for more details:
iOS
1.On the tab bar tap “Notifications” in the lower right corner to view your most recent notifications.
2.Tap the settings icon in the top left of the notifications view.
3.Tap Low Balance Alert.
4.Enter new balance and tap Save. You have now customized your notification.
5.You have now customized one of your notifications. You can now adjust other notifications as you see fit. You can edit notification settings at any time.
Android
1.On Balances Card tap the bell icon to access Notifications screen.
2.Tap the top right corner and tap Notification Settings.
3.Tap the Low Balance Alert.
4.Enter new balance and tap Save. You have now customized your notification.
5.You have now customized one of your notifications.
