If your data appears missing, it is likely one of the following situations has occurred:
You have registered with a separate email address from the one you have used until now.
Your email address was typed incorrectly during registration.
When the support team receives your inquiry, they will investigate the email address used for registration. Notifying them of any likely email addresses help carry out the investigation.
Rest assured that your data will never be unilaterally or arbitrarily deleted with Moneytree.
