To ensure that account balances and detailed information are acquired more smoothly, the Moneytree app will log in at regular intervals. If an email has arrived from the bank registered with Moneytree for a login you don't remember, the Moneytree login is the likely cause.

You can also check the most recent login history on the app's funds screen. iOS: square icon in upper right of orange screen > tap Bank Name Android: icon in upper right of screen > Linked Services Settings > tap Bank Name Web version: Account Balance > Bank > click the bank wheel and then scroll

Notify the support team of the date and time of login, and they will confirm and report whether it was a Moneytree login. It's a good idea to contact support if something doesn't look right.
