Moneytree currently does not support logins or automatic data updates via "Passkeys."
If your financial institution's website is set to "Passkey only" for logins, Moneytree will be unable to retrieve your data.
How to Maintain or Resume Your Connection
To maintain or resume your connection with Moneytree, you will need to apply one of the following settings on the respective financial institution's website:
Enable "ID and Password" login as an alternative Moneytree can connect as long as a login method other than Passkeys (traditional login ID and password) remains active.
Re-enter your traditional login credentials in Moneytree If your login ID and password are still valid after setting up Passkeys, please enter your latest login information in the "Connection Settings" screen within the Moneytree app.
Important Note
While some brokerage websites may offer Passkey authentication, Moneytree is not designed to store Passkey data. Please ensure you use your login ID and password to establish the connection.
