We are currently experiencing an issue where password reset emails and confirmation email, etc are not being delivered for some customers using email domains provided by Microsoft (@outlook.com, @hotmail.com, @live.com, etc.).
■ Current Status
According to our investigation, there is a possibility that emails from our system are being temporarily restricted (blocked) by Microsoft's mail servers. We have contacted Microsoft to clarify the situation. Although they have initially stated that no specific restrictions are currently in place, we expect it will take some time to fully resolve the issue.
■ Request to Customers If you are in a hurry, please consider the following:
Check your Junk/Deleted folders: Please check your "Junk Email" or "Deleted Items" folders, as the emails may have been automatically filtered there.
Change your registered email (If you can log in): If you are able to log in with your current email and password, you can switch to a non-Microsoft email address (such as Gmail) via the following link: https://myaccount.getmoneytree.com/settings/update-email
Please note that "Passwordless login" will not work as it requires receiving an authentication email.
Use a non-Microsoft email for new signups: For new customers, we recommend using a non-Microsoft email address for your initial registration.
