Moneytree Work/Corporate App Update Required

Starting July 31, 2025, receipt functionality will no longer work properly on older versions of the app. To continue using our services without interruption, please update to the latest version.

Affected Users
Users running the following versions need to update their app:

  • iOS: Version below 1.56.4

  • Android: Version below 1.27.1


Why is this update necessary?

As part of our infrastructure improvements, we are migrating our receipt storage servers. Older app versions are not compatible with the new servers, which will cause issues with receipt functionality if not updated.

Impact of Not Updating

Impact on iOS

  • Cannot upload new receipts

    • Receipts added after July 31, 2025 will appear in the app but will not sync to the server and to your other devices.

    • No error message will be displayed, so it is difficult to identify receipts that are affected.

    • Receipts added after July 31, 2025 will be lost if you log out or delete the app.

Impact on Android

  • Cannot upload new receipts or access existing ones

    • Existing receipts won't download. Blank images will be displayed instead of receipt thumbnails.

    • Selecting an existing receipt will display a loading indicator

    • New receipt uploads fail. No error message will be displayed.

    • Adding a new receipt to a transaction will result in an error when saving the transaction. The receipt must be removed in order to save the transaction.

A: All receipts properly saved to the server before updating will continue to be available.

A: Your device's OS version may be too old. Please consider updating your OS if possible.
