In connection with the integration with SBI Securities, the “Phone Number Authentication” feature will be introduced starting Saturday, May 31, 2025.
As a result, if you have set up phone number authentication, you will no longer be able to log in to SBI Securities from Moneytree or access your customer information (including account information).
Please set up Device Authentication and FIDO (mobile phone authentication).

If your account balance is displayed as having been closed when you reconnect to SBI Securities, Moneytree Support Team can set the balance of the specific account to 0 yen.
