If your account balance is displayed as having been closed when you reconnect to SBI Securities, Moneytree Support Team can set the balance of the specific account to 0 yen.

Currently, when accessing SBI Securities from Moneytree, you may receive an email reporting unauthorized account activity.
SBI Securities and Moneytree are currently working to resolve this issue together, so
please allow some time for the problem to be resolved.
