If you register a financial institution in duplicate or in error, it is possible to delete it by following the procedure below. Once deleted all information relating to that financial institution will be deleted, including past details, so please exercise caution.
For iOS 1. Tap the icon at the upper right corner of the Account Balance (orange) screen. 2. In the 'vault' screen, tap the name of the financial institution that you would like to delete. 3. Tap 'archive / delete data'. 4. Tap 'delete all' and enter your 4 digit passcode.
For Android 1. Tap the icon at the upper right corner of the screen '＞ cooperative service settings'. 2. In the 'safe' screen, tap the name of the financial institution that you would like to delete. 3. Tap 'archive / delete data'. 4. Tap 'delete all' and enter your 4 digit passcode.
For Web 1. Click 'account balance' at the top of the screen. 2. Click on the type of the financial institution (bank, credit card, and so on), and the financial institution's gear. 3. Click 'delete this account'.
